By hand to small cases of 15 kg.

Vinification:
Harvested in the early morning, the grapes are transported in small baskets. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, using temperature control.

Tasting notes:
Pale colour, with a lime and mineral aroma, elegant and fine, with good acidity.
