The KITCHEN'ing with the Wine programme starts with a guided tour to the Winery and Cellars, followed by a regional alentejo cuisine workshop, where the visitor gets to learn how to cook regional recipies and tradicional desserts.
After the workshop it is time for lunch, wich includes:
