Amber vinegar, with aromas of jams, almonds and spices, intense and of great freshness. Well structured body and a good finish.

By hand to small cases of 15 kg

Winemaking

Traditional off skin vinification with fermentation stop in order to obtain residual sugar. Acidification process took place followed by ageing in American oak barrels and chestnut wood.

Ageing

Six years in oak barrels, reflecting in a richer aroma and taste concentration.
